Hello
My decision to pursue a career in dentistry stemmed from my desire for a reliable profession that allows me to make a positive impact, no matter how big or small. It brings me immense satisfaction when I can help someone overcome their fear of visiting the dentist. Dentistry runs in my family, with my father and grandfather both being dentists.
Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, I always longed to live in a place with abundant greenery, bodies of water, and access to the ocean. I relocated to Maine in August 2012, and in 2018, I secured my first hygiene job in Thomaston, which led me to fulfill many of my childhood dreams upon moving to Rockland. While I haven't started a family of my own yet, I do have a cat named Jonesy. My extended family resides throughout the United States, although not in New England. I make it a priority to visit my immediate family in New Mexico as frequently as possible.
Among my favorite activities are spending time with loved ones and animals, hiking, paddleboarding, swimming in lakes, ponds, pools, or the ocean, dancing, reading, watching TV, skiing, playing disc golf, traveling, engaging in crafting and painting, biking around town, and immersing myself in the outdoors and water in any way imaginable. The list of my interests could go on, but I'll stop at that.
If I had to choose a favorite food, it would probably be pasta. However, I must admit that picking favorites is not my strong suit. I enjoy almost any pasta dish, relish a perfectly cooked medium rare steak, and have an affinity for various desserts.
Please let me know if there's anything else you would like to know about me.
