I feel like I've had some time at a spa. I was pampered by Samantha, an extraordinary hygienist, and my teeth are squeaky clean. Just what I needed. My children had their teeth cleaned by Kim, the ever patient and brilliant hygienist. We all commented in the car on the way home how great it felt to have sparkling teeth after months of quarantine snacking. I love everyone at Season’s of Smiles for going the extra mile to make sure going to the dentist is enjoyable, even with all the new COVID-19 protocols.

Who could ask for anything more?I was always afraid of dentists because of past unpleasant brutal experiences. Dr Medina's office however, is a Good Practice. No need to fear here. Dr. Medina and his whole staff have been way over the top to our whole family. Today the TEAM took the time to assure my son (13) who was pretty nervous about his appointment and make it comfortable for him. I GOT A CROWN IN ONE DAY!! I was dentist shopping after recently arriving in Camden. Luckily, this was the first (and last) office I called. It was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Medina's office is the perfect blend of professionalism and family warmth. They explained everything to me and helped me understand all my options. Ultimately, we decided a crown was the best option--both dentally and financially--to get a crown. Allow me to repeat myself: I did not wait 3 weeks and two seperate visits for a crown. I, LITERALLY, GOT A NEW CROWN IN ONE DAY. He mills a custom crown for you in the office. I've found my dental office for life. Hopefully he's not planning on retiring anytime soon!

I'm not a fan of the dentist let me start there. But I went in was greeted but a friendly staff who got me everything I needed and once I was in the chair Dr. Medina and his staff did everything they needed to figure out the best plan to get my teeth back on track I am super happy with my decision to go here and cant wait to see the end result when all is said and done.

As you know, I'm an individual who makes tartar on my teeth overnight so I visit the Seasons of Smiles frequently; I spend a lot of time with Kim Pedersen who is both a good hygienst and great teacher. I highly recommend this practice. They want you to be a happy patient and they work to make that happen!

I have never been to a dentist that is so friendly, personable, and professional! Dr. Medina and his staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and do amazing work! My husband and I have been patients at Seasons of Smiles since 1999. I cannot say enough about how comfortable and confident we are as patients. The entire office is kind, competent, and skilled. Everyone in the office was so thoughtful and nice. Dr. Medina was as well. He asked very important questions during my first visit that made me feel confident he listened to my answers and was willing to meet all my needs. Wow! What a refreshing experience to find a dentist that really does put the patient first!I called to see if they were accepting new patients and if so, if they could see me soon due to a problem I was concerned about regarding my teeth. Yes they we're accepting new patients and they set up an appointment to see me right away the next day.The office is a very pleasant and relaxing environment that, at least during my visit, was playing Hawaiin music on speakers throughout. For me, visiting the dentist office is often very stressful. Not only was the Hawaiin music relaxing, but the office staff, every last one of them, were extremely nice, cheerful, and informative.Dr. Medina was great! He answered every question I had and explained thoroughly everything that they were going to be doing. Overall, it was a great experience.It's now that I have to confess that my wife has been a patient for quite some time of Dr. Medina. I should have listened to her and called Seasons of Smiles a long time ago! If you are looking for a new dentist in our little corner of the world, look no further.-----------------------Update, One Month Later--------------------I've had to have some extensive work done to my teeth for a number of reasons. As such, I wanted to update my experience with Dr. Medina and his staff now that I have been going there for about a month and have had to have number of visits.My first initial visit to Seasons of Smiles was an evaluation and new patient visit. They took a full set of X-rays, digital pictures, and then looked around inside to evaluate what my needs were going to be. That was the visit my original review was based on.After having some work done on my second visit, the next day I received a call from Dr. Medina himself. I wasn't available, so he left a voicemail and let me know that he was calling to check in on me and to see how things were going. He then left his personal cell number and said not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. How refreshing! I was so impressed with that level of care and attention that as it is so rare in this day and age.I can honestly say that not only is this an outstanding dental practice, Dr. Medina and staff are truly amazing and caring people. Each and every one of the staff takes a personal interest in you as a patient. However, you are not just a patient and a file number to them. Their follow up is amazing. I've since had a number of visits over the last month and each one has been great.

While on vacation in Camden, the need for a dentist came up.As most of you know, even when you are at home with access to your regular dentist, the visit is not on the top of your list of fun things to do. That being said, I was able to get right in to see Dr.Medina.Let me start off by saying how friendly everyone in the office was. The atmosphere was calming and the procedure was down right unbelievable. I can honestly say that this trip to the dentist was the first time that when I walked out the door, I hated that my visit was over. My only complaint was that they are an 18 hour trip from my home. Thanks Dr.Medina and staff.

I was vacationing in Camden and had a dental emergency. Dr. Medina and Seasons of Smiles took excellent care of me on extremely short notice. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had the extra-special jen is se quoi that sets them in a league all their own. The wife and I went in for our usual check-up this week, and all I can say is how we truly love our Dr. Norman Medina. We have been coming to his office for 10+ years and have never had a better dentist. His work is amazing, and the office is full of new technology that my wife and I enjoy, even though we are getting a bit on in years!Thanks again Dr. Medina for the great dental work you bring to the mid-coast area.Fred

Who is the Best Dentist I have ever been too? I Do not usually like to go to the Dentist. But Dr. Medina and his Staff Take such good care of me. They care about every little thing. I like going to the Denist now.After he Removed one of my wisdom Teeth I ran into Dr. Mendina and his lovely wife at the Store. And They stopped to ask me how I was. They really Cared how I was doing. They both took time to talk to me. It really made me feel good that even after the job was done he still took interest in his patientsMy 10 year old loves him and his staff. When they worked on her teeth they were able to keep her happy. Which is quite a feat.When I went this time they let me play on the Ipad they had there so I got some work done too.What I like too is he gave me choices and I was able to keep things at what I could afford.A funny thing happened My friend was bragging about her Dentist how good he was and how kind he was to her what a good job he did. And I asked her who her Dentist was so funny it was Dr. Mendina too. LOLSo Dr. Mendina does Great work, makes you comfortable and pain free. I give Seasons of Smiles 10 Stars!!!If you want the Best Family Dentist Dr. Mendina is the Place to go.

I love the warm welcome at Seasons of Smiles Dental. Samantha and Kim are always very gentle and provide compassionate advice to myself and my children emphasizing the importance of keeping up our good work to keep our teeth shiny. Dr. Medina and his entire team are hands down fantastic in every way!

I have gone to them for just about my whole life! I’m terrified of the dentist but they give such a personal & caring experience, it makes it so much easier. The rest of my family hasn’t been in years, but the staff never forgets to ask how each family member is doing. Amazing people and great work!

As someone with "white coat" anxiety, and very comfortable with the dental practice I used in NY, I did not look forward to starting all over after having moved to Maine. I'd just like to say that I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience at Seasons of Smiles. Good choice!!

1. I am a tourist and needed ER assistance. The office called me on Sunday to see me first thing Monday morning! 2. Michelle and Dr. Medina saw me immediately. 3. Expert care, friendly, and fixed a difficult dental problem. 4. I was shocked by the low fee charged for their work. 5. What was outstanding to me was the respect and kindness all staff showed and spoke to one another and to patients. Really a lovely atmosphere.

I am someone who gets very nervous/anxious before having any dental work done. But at Seasons of Smiles I was made to feel very comfortable, and was treated very well. Michelle is amazing, and just the nicest, most professional person, and Nellie is super friendly and greets you with a smile! Dr. Medina and the rest of the staff is also very kind, understanding, and friendly! A great dental office all around!

Seasons of Smiles has a kind, knowledgeable staff with all the cutting edge technology for a superior dental experience! Dr. Medina made my husband a crown in ONE DAY with his new Glidewell milling unit. After all, who has time to wait for three weeks for a crown? Getting it made and placed in one day was AMAZING! We'll be back!

When I see the dental care providers at Seasons of Smiles I feel that I’m being seen as an individual and am receiving excellent care. I appreciate their consideration of my preferences and their creative suggestions for management of my dental care needs. I’ve been a patient of this practice for more than 20 years and have never considered going elsewhere. My daughter travels 2 hours back to Camden to have dental care at Seasons of Smiles!

After my initial visit in February, I thought I was finished with my teeth for a long while, but today I found myself back in the chair with a chipped tooth! The good news is that the trip to the dentist isn't a pensive as it used to be since I am now a patient of Dr. Medina. He's the best, and love Michelle, and Nellie. I wonder if they realize how important their work is? I for one am grateful. See you guys soon to get this chip tooth fixed!! Can't wait! (not really)

5 stars in spite of the fact the dentist is not my favorite place to go. My great experience started from the initial call to Nellie...working with my availability and making it happen. Dr. Medina and Michelle were amazing. They made a difficult visit as easy as they could with sincerity and compassion. I will definitely be making the call to completely change my dental provider to Seasons of Smiles.

They were so great about getting me in same day because I was in so much pain. The staff was super nice and so passionate and patient. They took the time to hear my concerns and really cared about the fact that I was in pain and not just another check coming in. Dr. Medina was so nice and thoughtful, patient and kind. My family has been going to Dr. Medina for many years. Nellie has always been so accommodating with making the appointments for the whole family. She calls and sends out reminders for the visits. She is friendly and is happy to see you when you walk into the office. Our hygienists ( We have seen Kim and Michele) are kind and are very gentle. They care about you when you are in their chair and make you feel at home. Dr. Medina always comes in at the end of every cleaning. He goes over any treatment plan and spends time going over any questions that you have. He cares about you as a person, not just another patient. Seasons of Smiles even sends out birthday cards with all of their signatures. My family has always had great experiences and we will continue to be patients of Seasons of Smiles. It is a great place!

10/13/15: My family have been patients of Dr. Medina for 20 years. From the minute you walk in with Nellie's friendly greeting and making you feel like more than a number, to the knowledgeable hygienist (Kim this time) who take the time to answer ALL my questions, to Dr. Medina who will take the time to explain procedures and listens to concerns to give me quality dental care. This office seems to be genuinely concerned with preventative care: Save the tooth, don't replace it. I like that I am not a number in this office. Thanks.
