Gifts and a letter from Donated Dental Services (DDS)
January 8, 2021
Dear Doctor,
Together with DHPI and the Northeast Dental Dental Foundation, Dental Lifeline Network would like to thank you for being a Donated Dental Services (DDS) volunteer. You are one of 157 amazing dentists in the state who collectively have contributed over $5.3 million worth of comprehensive treatment for more than 1,500 people with special needs over the past 21 years.
The difference you’re made in the lives of these people is truly incredible. Dental Lifeline Network, Northeast Delta Dental Foundation, and DHPI partners salute your volunteer service to some of our nation’s most vulnerable people who suffer from seriously-neglected dental diseases and have no way to obtain treatment, especially during this difficult time.
You and your DDS volunteer colleagues exemplify the highest professional standards and we are so grateful for all you do. In honor of your service and dedication, please accept these face masks as a small token of our appreciation. We understand how important PPE is during this pandemic and want to do our part to help you help patients.
Warm Regards,
